Sending files from Windows

These instructions explain how to send files with CuteFTP. CuteFTP is shareware and can be downloaded from http://www.globalscape.com.

STEP 1: Launch CuteFTP. In the FTP Site Manager window, click the Exit button. Then, from the FTP menu, choose Quick Connect.

STEP 2: Enter ftp.courier.com in the Host Address field. If you have a private directory, use your User ID and password. Otherwise click the Anonymous button and enter your e-mail address (name@domain.com) for the Password.

STEP 3: Open the Incoming folder. STEP 4 :You won't be able to see anything in the incoming folder, as this is a blind drop. Just drag your files into the directory window.

Once your files have been transferred, call your CSR with the file names.
